Asia Pacific College was recently awarded a Safety Seal Certification by the Local Government Unit of Makati City in August 2021.
The Safety Seal Certification is defined by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as a voluntary certification scheme given to establishments that comply with the health standards as provided by the government.
Some of these health standards include integrated contract tracing tools, sanitation facilities, social distancing protocols, mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields in enclosed places, and a safety officer monitoring the overall health and wellness of employees.
APC Campus Architect Mr. Manolet Garcia emphasized how Asia Pacific College has always been at the forefront on ensuring cleanliness, security, safety, and comfort in the campus.
“I am happy to share the good news to our community that we have passed all the technical requirements as listed in the Safety Seal Checklist with flying colors. This Safety Seal Sticker should make us Rams feel safe and proud,” he further adds.
As a Safety Seal-certified institution, Asia Pacific College ensures the health and safety of its employees and stakeholders despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
